Hey! How is it going? Life is beautiful!! Just want to say that :D So today I went on my college tour at the Art institute of Utah..it was really interesting and education and the culinary arts/baking is definitely something I want to pursue, yet I want to go back to BYU Idaho to do it. On the tour I was able to look at different classrooms, kitchens and displays that were set out. Jeepers!! It was incredible being able to see the different talents of people. The guy who showed me the program led me to a table with about 10 decorated cakes...o my goodness! They were immaculate! I was in awe... whenever I am around just one cake I have to stare in awe at it..but 10, wow! And then he asked me to pick one that I like the best, so I did; it was a 3 tier white cake with a drapery going it look, with red roses :D It was beautiful, I can only hope to be as good as these students were. That was my favorite part of the tour. Another part or the first part was like an interview process, were he asked why I am interested in culinary arts, and what my ultimate dream/ goal is. So my dream/ goal is kinda silly but here it is: To open up a bakery in Denmark or somewhere :D. If that will happen I will see.
